Shipping
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped this will have a link to track your parcel.
Most items will be shipped within 24hours of your order being placed, in some circumstances orders may take up to 3 days to complete.
While Tracked items should arrive overnight depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary and is out of Odi Design Ltd hands once product has been picked up by courier company.

Please check your shipping address is correct upon checkout.
please ensure there is a secure place for your non signature parcel to be left, if the tracked parcel is confirmed delivered at the address provided by the postage company.... any missing items beyond that point of confirmed delivery is in the customers hands.
Rural delivery in NZ can be quick or take days over standard time, please take into account any weather/ or delays, any delays are out of our hands.
New Zealand Postage
Odi Design Ltd sends items via tracking (non signature) courier to residential and rural and tracks all items within New Zealand, your tracking number is kept safe and if needed please contact us and we will track for you and email or TXT message you an update, you can also track by viewing your order and clicking the track link

Rural New Zealand Tracked $8.50
Odi Boutique Jewellery Occasionally offers Free Postage via code or automatic discount, please message us if you have any problems applying codes when offered.
If the postage company confirms to Odi Design LTD they have misplaced your tracked parcel Odi Design LTD will resend your order.
International Postage
Odi Design LTD has a fixed International Postage Rate of $20.00 per order standard international mail, Tracked $36 to Australia and $50 to the rest of the world and any orders over $200 is free, unless discount code deal is on. (please see V.I.P emails or top of websites page for announcements)
International parcels are not tracked unless track is paid extra for

Returns Policy
we are sorry but Odi Design LTD can not accept returns on jewellery and hair accessories for hygiene reasons, please choose wisely when shopping and read all the information available, we do our best to clearly explain and represent the products, we are open to any questions you would like to know about our products before purchasing, please email, subject title ''Enquiry'' to Audie at odi_design@hotmail.com
Damaged Goods
Odi Design LTD packages our items securely when sending our product, if it arrives and the package is damaged please provide photos of outer package and inner for the courier to access, any returns on damaged goods please return back to us within 7 days for full repair or replacement after we have reviewed the damage.
Faulty Goods
If item has arrived defective, we will replace the item as soon as possible with no additional charge...
this is subject to our review of the returned product.

we will not ask for personal details that are not required to fill your order
Any Personal Data (payment details etc) are not kept by us and are sucure with our host website
If you have chosen to be signed up to our site or have placed an order with us before, your data will be processed my Mailchimp who we use to design and send occasionally our marketing emails on latest products and updates.
To unsubscribe to any mail outs the unsubscribe link is provided at the base of the mail out.

PRE-ORDERS
Items that state PRE ORDER are sold out items that Odi has ordered more supplies in to make more, when purchasing a PRE ORDER this will confirm you will be in line to receive Odi's next drop of the product, Odi only does pre order on top selling items that sell out fast.
while most pre orders should only take around 2 weeks, please bear in mind that COVID-19 has slowed international mail and could take longer for Odi to receive her supplies.
