Art works by the designer of Odi Boutique Jewellery
A collection of art works using canvas, Acrylic paints and molding texture paste are soon to be available here at Odi Design Limited.
Audie spent her younger adult years creating and selling art before she had a change in path and flourished in Jewellery making and started stocking stores with her creations which lead to a 20 year long business.
The now the 38 year old designer has had the urge and inspiration to start painting again and she has started incorporating some of her jewellery design and vise versa into her works as well and some of her previous leather wallet and leather earrings designs can be seen in some pieces.
Pieces to be released soon are what Audie calls Structured Abstract Pieces
The pieces are Abstract but feature strong structured lines and shapes
Audie uses a mixture of strong bold colour tones through to soft pieces with bold lines
Audie likes to work with Resene Paints (not sponsored)- Growing up with her Father doing home renovating, Audie occasionally helped her father and she enjoyed using house paint and heavy texture compound paint she then went on to using those mediums to create art works.
Audie will be taking commissions soon, allowing clients to work with her in choosing colours to match in with the décor of their home and sizes and styles to suit
